Index Beating

Now that GM has officially filed for Chapter 11, the old poll asking what will happen to GM has partially been answered.  I want to know what everyone thinks they should do; let them fail?  Keep them going at any cost?  Give them to the UAW?  Any other ideas out there?  I must say, I can’t think of a very good answer for all this, and I don’t think that they are dealing with the major underlying problems by going through the bankruptcy process.
